We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders (such as cakes, and other stuff with special designs or messages) can not be refunded

 

1.2 Cancellation by Kings Bakers

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability (in such cases, we will notify you and offer a substitute or refund)
  • Inaccurate or incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In these cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been fulfilled and delivered, except in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item or your order differs significantly from what you requested.
  • Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during delivery and reported immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order due to an error on our part.

 

2.2 Refund Process

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Custom orders that have been prepared and delivered as per the customer’s specifications.
  • Orders that were not canceled within the allowed time frame.
  • Products that have been consumed or altered after delivery.

 

4. Return Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have been delivered.

 

5. Changes to Orders
